Late Payments:

Refunds:

  • No refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation.

  • Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice.

  • Emergency maintenance may happen without prior notice.

  • Support is available via email and chat during business hours.


11. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

  • We do not guarantee that our software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
